Disk / Flange Forging Component

Forged disk refers to forgings with a circular shape, such as discs, impellers, gears, etc., Forged flange is a product with the best mechanical properties among flange products.

Ring / Cylinder Forging Component

Ring forgings are a type of forgings, which are ring-shaped, while cylindrical forgings are cylindrical shaped.

FAQ of Custom Shaped Forging
What's the advantages of your factory?

Providing professional custom forgings services, HS Steel has fast responsive production, and is more standardized than many other factories that produce small forgings.

What is your order quantity?

Usually min quantity for order of small-size free forgings is 20 tons. orders of several tons can be also ok if there are raw material stock.

What's the basic process of free forging?

Our precision die forgings includes upsetting, drawing, punching, bending, twisting, shifting, cutting, forge welding, etc.

What's the characteristics of free forging?

Free precision die forging uses simple tools and equipment, has good versatility and low cost. Comparing with casting blanks, free forging eliminates the defects of shrinkage cavity, shrinkage porosity, pores, etc., so that the blank has higher mechanical properties. The shape of the custom forging is simple and the operation is flexible. Therefore, it has special significance in the manufacture of heavy machinery and important parts.

What's the classification of free forging?

It is divided into manual free forging and machine free forging.

Manual free forging has low production efficiency and high labor intensity and is only used for forging repair or production of simple, small size and small batch.

In modern industrial production, machine free forging has become the main method of forging production, and it plays a particularly important role in heavy machinery manufacturing. The shape and size of the forging produced are mainly determined by the technical level of the operator.

We have applied for FAFSA and done up the CSS profile on college board. Each school has its own set of requirements which can be a lot of hoops to jump through, but it's a hell of a lot better than spending 80K a year.

I'd assume you will try to convince your doter to apply to state schools and establish residency in said state to reduce costs?

Re: Single Singaporean mum giving birth overseas

Hi all,

Am a Singaporean (by birth) and have been working in Shanghai last couple of years. Due to work reasons, I may not be able to be back in SG to have my baby delivered there.
I’m a single mum, been reading up on ICA website but I am not able to get a clear verdict if my baby will be eligible for Singapore citizenship by descent as I’m not married.
Can anyone provide some advice?
❱❱

You should absolutely attempt to be back in Singapore to give birth if you want a 100% guarantee that your child will have SC. Do not rely on advice from ICA or us. Go for the safe option. Your child will definitely have SC if born in Sgp to a SC mother. In China your child could be born stateless which is a death sentence.

Test of my memory so here goes. :) mods might be able to restore the post if they choose to

Indian family - husband 42, wife 37 and a daughter (under 10, cannot remember exactly)
In Singapore since 2010.
Husband in IT, approx salary 250k. Wife stopped working in 21 to become a home maker.
3 PR rejections. Inevitable question - how to "improve" chances :)
❱❱

Hah.. OP can help to evaluate your memory :D
