Financial Advisory firm looking for the right candidate to work in a fun, diverse, high energy environment, in a Personal Assistant/Customer Service role
Responsibilities: You will
Assist and perform all secretarial/administrative duties to support Senior Financial Adviser (SFA);
Coordinate and manage meetings with clients and prospects, as well as prepare and print meeting materials;
Organize, manage and file documents;
Manage contact lists, business cards and client database;
Perform secretarial duties: print, copy, scan, fax, order business cards, stationery, etc;
Help organize and attend company�s professional events (e.g. Marketing Events), as well as follow up with prospects;
Manage monthly expenses, process bills and organize payment of invoices;
Prepare and process business closing, follow compliance guidelines and follow up new and ongoing applications.
Requirements: The ideal candidate
Is a Diploma/Degree holder;
Possesses a pleasant and outgoing personality and an optimistic disposition;
Has strong organization and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Is able to manage a fast paced work environment;
Has the ability to provide excellent customer service;
Is able to work independently and in a team;
Possesses a high level of integrity and discretion to maintain confidentiality in all matters;
Is meticulous, resourceful, and responsive;
Is comfortable to communicate with international clients and prospects of diverse cultural backgrounds. Cultural awareness and excellent spoken and written English are a must;
Is proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
Work Experience in customer service/sales support environment is a benefit.
