I am a 29 year old kiwi who has recently relocated to SG for work (Raffles Place) after 3 years living in London.


I am a personable individual who is ideally seeking a sociable but professional, expat house-share with a fully furnished common room (double bed, wardrobe, air con, draws would be a nice to have but are not a necessity) within an apartment / condo complex (with gym & pool) which is situated close to an MRT.


I don�t do �restrictions� but I do advocate �respect� & �courtesy� for others. Further more, I will have plenty of friends & family from abroad (namely �kiwi�s� & �aussies�) who will come to visit and stay at one stage or another which I view as a plus as I love & enjoy the company of others.


I am a clean freak, I am not going to lie but it is my own inner demon that I choose to embrace whole heartedly. However, I do not enforce my own hang ups on others (lol).
