UNFURNISHED HOVEL WANTED
ROOM WANTED: Unfurnished rathole, preferably with attached bathroom. Must be able to fit queen bed, electric guitar & the standard gear that goes with it, & the usual bedroom furniture.
The room must be unfurnished and air-conditioned, cooking must be allowed & I don't want to live with families. Families, nothing against you, but you have far too many conditions for me to stomach.
Seeing as it's a dump I'm asking for, and I'm willing to polish the space up if you'll give me creative license to do so, I'm expecting less by way of cost. Send me your rental quote and I will consider.
About me: I work, am 28, female, & usually have my face glued to my laptop screen or a book if I'm not out consuming alcohol. In other words, potentially insufferable to live with.
