Salary: US$200,000 - 250,000 p.a.
Our client is a US technology company providing precision testing and measuring instruments and solutions to the technology, research, medical and other industries. Expanding into Asia Pacific, they require a dynamic professional to lead and build their sales and support team.
Description
- Reports to the VP Sales in the USA.
- Full P&L and operational responsibilities for Asia Pacific.
- Leads, manages, trains and build up a Sales & Support network throughout Asia Pacific including China and Japan.
- Integrates new acquisitions to the expanding team and network.
- Establishes strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Develops and drives Goals & Objectives for Asia Pacific.
Qualifications
- Technology or Engineering related degree preferably with an MBA.
- At least 15 years of working experience with at least 5 years in a regional Sales Management position.
- Regional Sales experience in Asia Pacific must include China and preferably Japan.
- Familiar with sales of high precision instruments and solutions.
- Have P&L responsibilities with strong business and financial acumen.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
