What we do?
We can care for one or more pets while you are away for a given period of time, from just a few hours to an entire weekend or several weeks. It means filling in for the owner in their absence with the following tasks:
· Feeding and caring for your pets
· Playing with them and keeping them company
· Walking, exercising your pets
· Grooming and brushing the animals' coats
· Cleaning, changing the pet's litter box
· Providing health care if necessary
· Giving them affection, so they don't feel abandoned whilst owner is absent
· Sending photos / messages to assure owner that all is well
Our value-added service: home sitting, if you need it
As pet-sitters, we may also take care of the homeowner's apartment / house by picking up the mail, providing cleaning and maintenance, watering the plants and mowing the lawn, etc.
These duties are generally value-add in addition to pet sitting.

Re: Long-Term Visit Pass and Permanent Residence applied within a single application
I've been in the same situation. For my hubs case, LTVP was renewed for 3 months automatically while still pending his concurrent PR and LTVP renewal application. We received the email for his LTVP extension a day or on the day of his last LTVP expiry. Hope this helps.

I guess being a SC you can sponsor ur wife but the immediate challenge i can think of is which address would you use, US or local one. More importantly after ur wife gets her pr and rep she soon has to decide whether she wants to be a citizen

If you read this forum, there have been cases of people applying LTVP when overseas. Then they relocate back to SG while LTVP is processing before LTVP is approved. You need to show ICA that you are physically in SG with a job in SG. Gotta show you wanna settle here for the long term, no?
I highly doubt PR will be given to someone who isn’t physically in SG unless their occupation is super duper rare that SG needs such people.
Don’t be tempted by the 2-in-1 LTVP-PR application or else the processing time will be based on the longest process aka the PR.
One of the topics here has someone who applied for the 2-in-1 and is still waiting for an outcome...

Hello,
I was googling this topic and am blown away by the helpful tips you provided here! I'm also closing down my Pte Ltd, which used to be a one-man show, and as such am trying to do it cost efficiently and "hands on".
I used to do bookkeeping as well as annual filings myself, but for the final year I do have some specific questions. Is there a way to connect with you via private message? (I'm also open to connect to an affordable professional in that field, if you have someone to recommend or feel more comfortable with that.)
