I offer a free 30 minutes (online) consultation with students and/or parents - this is designed to address your learning needs (as a student), to find out when is convenient for you to receive tutoring, to discuss rates and answer any questions you may have.
Rates start from S$58 depending on single session or package chosen.
If you are happy to move forward, before we start, I will ask you (or your parent/guardian) to sign a contract, which I too will sign, which gives transparency about the obligations of both parties including timings, cancellation, and payment for example.

You and the joint-accountee (if any) will be required to be present at the branch, with all the required documents for the application.
List of documents required:
1. You must have a fixed deposit account with us, with a placement of deposit equivalent to the BG amount and an auto-renewal maturity instruction.
2. Banker’s guarantee format must be editable (e.g. Microsoft Word format). Please refer to the requesting party (NSF/MOE etc) and provide any letter from the requesting party (if any).

(1) Under the Enlistment Act (Chapter 93), all male Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents aged 13 years and above are required to comply with the Exit Permit requirements.
1. For Pre-Enlistees who are 13 year old to 16.5 year old:
- For any overseas trip with a duration of more than 3 months but less than 2 years, only an Exit Permit is required
2. Overseas trip for 2 years or longer
- For any overseas trip with a duration of more than 2 years, an Exit Permit and a Bond are both required
For PE aged 16.5 and Above before enlistment to NS
For any overseas trip with a duration of more than 3 months, an Exit Permit and a Bond are both required

Re: What should I know before hiring a maid?
There are lots of transfer helpers on facebook groups but they can be kind of shady. You may find better luck at by sorting their Ministry of Manpower - verified employment helpers.
Transfer helpers can save both you and the helper thousands of dollars. We should not expect helpers to get into months of debt simply by taking up employment with us.
