Re: Work Permit - Indonesian Chinese

An acquaintance I know got married to a foreigner more than 6 years ago. The PMLA rejected but LTVP approved after they got married. It's the one and only case I know.

You can always try to apply for LTVP even if PMLA fail and SC spouse have one month's worth of payslip but have to be mentally prepared for a rejection. That's all we can advise. Won't know till you try.

Yes that is very true. Still too early to celebrate, and yea, we will try and apply for the LTVP soon and if not successful, we will try again in november(where she would definitely have 6 months worth of payslips).

And yes, i do plan on applying for PR and then SC eventually and i am planning to stay and start a family in Singapore.

1st as long u both been married , for citizen-foreigner couple , ltvp is just no problem to get. Ya sponsor require full time work

Before u both married, do u work in Singapore before ?

After u work in Singapore only get married ?

❱❱

Yah we have been officially married in singapore for 2 months now.

and no before both of us got married, i have never worked in singapore, only a visits here and there.
i am not sure what you mean by "After u work in singapore only get married" but when i got married to her, i am indeed, unemployed(i just quit my job a few months prior).
❱❱

Btw once u officially married u may just apply ltvp , even your spouse (citizen) not in full time work, even there only 1 month payslip normally won’t be issue just that the duration ica granted to u like .....
