Eurobond ACP, also known as Aluminum Composite Panel, is a versatile material commonly used for exterior wall cladding in construction. Eurobond ACP serves both functional and aesthetic purposes, providing a protective and visually appealing skin for buildings.

Functionally, Eurobond ACP acts as a durable and weather-resistant barrier against environmental elements such as rain, wind, UV rays, and temperature fluctuations. It plays a pivotal role in regulating the interior climate of a building, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency. Eurobond ACP offers a wide range of design options, including traditional finishes that mimic materials like brick, stone, or wood, as well as modern alternatives like metal panels, composite materials, and fiber cement. These choices enable architects and builders to enhance a building's durability and performance.

Aesthetically, Eurobond ACP allows for creative expression in architecture. It offers a canvas for architects and designers to experiment with textures, colors, and patterns, enabling them to achieve a broad spectrum of architectural styles, from classic elegance to contemporary minimalism.

Eurobond ACP can also be a sustainable choice when crafted from eco-friendly materials or designed to improve a building's insulation properties, reducing energy consumption. This aspect contributes to a more environmentally conscious approach to construction.

In summary, Eurobond ACP is a versatile, functional, and visually impactful material used for exterior wall cladding. It combines protection, design flexibility, and sustainability, making it an essential consideration in modern construction and renovation projects.

Re: Warning for Prospective Tenants/Buyers in Condo near Mental Hospital

Well, it's not exactly wrong to call them neighbours at the mental hospital — they're noisier than the actual patients in lockdown.

Re: Company in SG or HK?

First of all, as a DP holder, you cannot legally run a business without a proper work authorization: a Letter of Consent (LOC) for a business owner or a relevant work pass. If you incorporate a Pte. Ltd. company in Singapore, yes, you are required to:
1. Appoint at least one resident director (Singapore Citizen/PR/EP holder). If you cannot fulfil this, you'll need to appoint a nominee director, which comes at a fee.
2. Hire a corporate secretary (not full-time, but must be officially appointed).
3. Maintain a registered office address, file annual returns, and possibly audit if thresholds are exceeded. Typically, maintenance costs (excluding tax filing, accounting, and nominee director) range from SGD 1,000–2,000/year. With a nominee director, it could be SGD 3,000–4,000+/year, depending on the provider. Please check an example here.
Secondly, you can continue to operate your Singapore company remotely if you leave the country, as long as it complies with local requirements and .....

Re: Understanding PR implications on family future

Hi OP - I just started a thread on this recently - have a look here: .

To answer your question about automatic PR, no your kids don't automatically get PR, you have to apply for them. I know a couple who get PR separately before they got married, had a daughter and got PR for her, had a son and his PR application has been repeatedly rejected so he was on a LTVP and now a Student Pass. Doesn't seem logical but who knows how these things get decided.
