Metal deep drawing china refers to a kind of machining process in which a certain shape of flat blank obtained after blanking is stamped into various open hollow parts or the open hollow blank is reduced in diameter and increased in height by using a die. Thin wall parts with cylindrical, stepped, tapered, spherical, box and other irregular shapes can be manufactured by drawing process. Cooperating with other stamping forming processes such as flanging, bulging, flaring and necking, it can also manufacture extremely complex parts.
WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF METAL DEEP DRAWING?
1. High quality
With the help of mold, deep drawing products are accurate in shape and size, and the service life of mold is also very long in the production process. Therefore, the quality of deep drawing products is usually ensured.
2. Simple and efficient
Each step in the production process of deep drawing stamping parts is set up like a production line, so the operation of personnel is much simpler than that of some other stamping methods. The maintenance of the equipment is also more comfortable.
3. Energy saving and environmental protection
This advantage mainly comes from its special manufacturing process. During the process, most materials are reasonably used with relatively low energy consumption. This not only saves energy but also saves production costs. Therefore, it can improve efficiency for many industrial production, and also support the appeal of energy saving and environmental protection in modern society.
WHAT'S THE APPLICATION OF METAL DEEP DRAWING?
Products made by deep drawing are very diverse, from metal parts with diameter of less than 1cm to aircraft parts, automobiles and large equipment. Deep drawing is also widely used in household products such as cans, battery boxes, fire extinguishers and sinks.

It takes guts to walk away from a relatively high paying job because of the financial security it represents. Everyone in my office thought I was crazy for giving up my job, which not only paid well but wasn’t too difficult or stressful. I’m now 2.5 weeks unemployed and although it’s not a great feeling, it has broken a monotonous cycle and is forcing me outside of my comfort zone. Change is hard, but variety is also the spice of life. When we look back in 10 or 20 years from now, I believe we’ll say it was all worth it.

Absolutely! This is exactly my thought process as well. Once you are financially secure, you would rather try out other things than doing the same thing. We have only one life. Imagine I work in the same city and same company for 20 years Vs I work for 3 or 4 different cities/countries in those 20 years. The latter is likely to be more worthwhile in terms of experiences, after the .....

Considering PR, looking for advice !
Hello all ,
I am a 23 year old (Female) Indian, Its been three years since I moved to SG for my masters in NUS and I am currently working in Research at NUS (Bio surveillance and bioinformatics ) under govt funded grant. I am under EP now with a validity of 5 years. I love singapore and I have always loved singapore and It’s part of the reason why I moved here for my masters. I have unique skill sets and background that’s kinda in demand. I am considering settling down in SG now and since my interest is in genetic testing, I am slowly trying to build skills to find a potential career path. I was just wondering what are my chances in acquiring a PR ? I love SG community and I feel like I can do better here and be valuable.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !

Re: Need Advice on My Singapore PR Profile
No benefit of doing social work for enhancing your PR chances. Apparently you are about 20 years late.... Indians have already abused that route.

Re: Don't let your overseas drivers license expire!
That phone service text message is surprising. I’ve had the same service with Singtel for around 20 years — it’s an old corporate (CIS) plan which is no longer available but they grandfathered me. My EP has changed many times over those 20 years and I never got any notices. Hopefully they let me stay on the plan, because it’s now tied to my UOB Singtel card and gets me no annual fee for life. UOB is stuck with me because I’ve got an SRS account there and won’t be closing it anytime soon. Government SRS guidelines say that I can, so I don’t expect any issues there.
So far I’ve not gotten any communications about anything. The only thing that has happened is my SingPass died. My EP originally had an expiry date later this year, that may trigger something, I fear.
