• Supervise a team of logistics staff to enhance their operational effectiveness.
• Assess and formalize efficient work processes for the team.
• Develop strategies for enhancing job knowledge and efficiency.
• Oversee and optimize individual/team performance.
• Establish measurable objectives for the team and track their progress.
• Maintain an efficient inventory management system.
• Validate stock adjustments related to incoming and outgoing stock discrepancies.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure stock integrity.
• Take responsibility for managing rejected stock and overseeing inventory scrapping processes.
• Monitor, engage with, and manage inventory across all sites in the following areas:
- Excess Stock
- Passive Stock
- Prepare monthly consolidated inventory reports.
• Fulfill any other duties assigned by management.
