Marketing Executive
METALUX is an established specialist provider of condition-based monitoring (CBM) solutions to industry. The company�s key areas of expertise are in Lubrication Excellence CBMxpress, Used Oil Analysis and Vibration Analysis for condition-based monitoring, diagnosis and control. Our industrial tribology laboratory buttresses a complete range of products and services including technical training, lubrication assessment, and professional consultancy.
You are invited to join the team as Marketing Executive. Your primary work function will be to provide competent and efficient marketing support to the company�s condition-based monitoring business unit by generating professional collateral, maintaining the corporate website and working the marketing database. You will also have the opportunity to handle marketing events such as technical classes and tradeshows.
You are a creative creature with excellent English and prior marketing experience. You are also familiar with the usual desktop publishing software, and also preferably Joomla CMS and Sugar CRM. Some PHP programming knowledge would be an advantage.
Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:
� Support development of the CBM business unit by providing competent marketing support
� Generate marketing collateral (print ads, product catalogues, event flyers)
� Generate sales support material (sales brochures, professional powerpoint presentations)
� Generate, publish and distribute press releases
� Artistic concept, direction, actualization � includes professional image editing, desktop publishing, copywriting, proof-reading
� Maintain corporate website (Joomla CMS)
� Maintain marketing database (Sugar CRM)
� Implement marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, print ads)
� Event coordination and marketing
� Organise tradeshow participation
� Adhoc project work and administrative duties
Requirements:
� Fast learner with relevant work experience
� Able to provide artistic concept, direction and actualization
� Familiar with desktop publishing software (e.g. Adobe CS, Scribus)
� Good copywriting and proof-reading ability
� Corporate website maintenance experience (prefer familiar with Joomla CMS, PHP)
� Marketing database maintenance (prefer familiar with Sugar CRM)
� Experience in implementation of marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, print ads)
� Experience coordinating marketing events and tradeshow participation
� Good initiative, with good time management and planning skills
� Excellent English, spoken Mandarin/Malay will be added advantage
� Highly PC proficient
