Pressure Molding & Injection Molding for Auto Parts Mold
Pressure Molding for Auto Parts Mould

Make car parts with pressure molding starts with the fitting material into the mold. The raw material for the car parts mold will be heated with a hydraulic press until it has become more flexible and soft. This process is actually not easy in the way as it sounds. First, a carefully developed plan is required. The plan need to outline heat to be applied, the materials that are needed, the amount of force, and close monitoring to assure the final car parts mould can be produced with appropriate shape and dimension. The parts are ready for the finishing process as soon as the mold is opened. The finishing process of a qualified car parts mold includes painting, bonding, flashing, and installation of inserts for fasteners.

Injection Molding for Car Parts Mould

injection molding process is favored by the automotive industry due to its consistency and reliability. Automotive industry always involves mass production. Injection molding is an ideal for mass production requiring high quality. In addition, auto parts molds made in thermoset plastic materials are lighter and comparably durable to the metal BMC automobiles parts produced through the conventional means.

To add, the number of higher end opportunities (say 250k - 500k salary) keep going up as well. I guess it all depends on who you are and what you are doing.

Re: REP Not Renewed PR Status?

I have come across 2 different friends in the past year alone whose PR got extended by just 1 year only. 1 was overseas on a secondment (employed by an SG entity and on SG payroll) and the other was overseas for further studies.

Both were essentially told via email that their REP will only be renewed for 5 years once they come back to Singapore for good. It is why they give you a one year REP to see if you’ve settled back in SG.

Hi do you know how long a person needs to stay inside SG before renewing REP to get 5 yrs after given 1yr renewal?

I have been in SG for around almost 3months. But iam able to renew it 3 months earlier from Jun 2024.

If you want a good chance, stay and work the full 12 months in SG and try to renew after 11th month completion.

Re: EP processing time when switching jobs within Singapore

So... if I understand this correctly, you want to engage a Singapore firm, registered in Singapore, to act as a body shop, in order to employ an Indian national who is currently on EP in Singapore, to technically work for the body shop so he can get another EP, except in reality, he will be working remotely for your firm... do I have that right?

I can't tell you what's going to happen here, but...

1. The person needs to meet the minimum qualifications for an EP and it looks like he does, based upon the information you provided.

2. On the one hand, the Ministry of Manpower (MoM) may want to know why the body shop isn't farming out local talent instead of asking for an EP for a foreigner. You may have been quoted a long processing timer because the body shop expects to go through an extended appeals process. I don't know what "waitlist" the body shop is talking about... some EP's get done in a few days.

3. On the other hand, MoM may not care about hiring a local since the job .....
