Forensic DNA identification is a scientific and technological weapon for investigation and litigation. The inspection includes DNA extraction, PCR amplification, electrophoresis detection, and other links, which require professionals to operate different instruments in the laboratory for 6–8 hours. Re: Lea's Presentation

The French shool and some of the European clubs (Holland Club, Swiss Club, Alliance Française de Singapour) etc will be a good place to start with.

There's a reasonable sized French community here - esp if you include the French speaking African's, Canadians etc.

I was so looking forrward to a presentatin!

Re: Certificate of Clearance needed; No idea of my FIN

more:

Someone on this forum found a way to locate old FINs but I don't know how they did it. It may be worth ringing the Singapore High Comm in Canberra or Auckland and asking them?

The COC stuff is painful - particularly in certain countries where they really don't want to help. You may have to engage a solicitor here in Sgp to help.
