PEP vs EP for PR application

My PEP is going to expired next year ~ 05/2025 and I'm preparing application to apply for PR.
I wonder if I should apply with PEP or ask my company to apply EP for me first (they're willing to do it at any time).
The new EP should have longer duration, but I'm not sure if keeping PEP until expired would show any positive points?

My wife using baby monitor and helper is ok if we use CCTV. you still need to ask your helper if she is ok. Not all helper will feel comfortable on this too. If not, you can try use baby monitor.

So you use both a baby monitor and CCTV? Or using a baby monitor but changing to a full on CCTV?

Sorry my bad.
i was saying that initially we want to install CCTV but we did ask the helper for persmission, and she say is fine with it. But end up we choose baby monitor instead.

Re: Topic on Tiger Boss Debit card

Quite pretty cool—it gives you 1% cashback in TSLA fractional shares every time you buy something. Use the card for your daily spending, like groceries or dining out or online shopping, and even for ATM withdrawals abroad ba.
