Insert molding is an injection molding process used to encapsulate a component in a plastic part.
The insert custom plastic injection molding process can be divided into two basic steps. First, the component is loaded into the mold before the molding process. Second, it takes the shape of the part and locks the component into the plastic as molten plastic is injected into the mold.

How does Insert Mould Work?
Insert molding is a powerful tool used to support the form and function of plastic injection molded parts. Insert molding refers to incorporating other parts, particularly metal parts, directly into the injection-molded product.
For instance, if there are metal inserts that we need to paste it to plastic. We need to place the metal inserts into the insert mold before injecting the plastic. The inserts will be surrounded by the plastic during the injection process, leaving the insert bonded firmly to the material after cooling and curing.

appreciate if you could advise me.
I have been PR for almost 25 years since I was young as my parents are PR back then as well.
My sibling brother is SC for 3 years already.
I applied for SC but rejected for the first time ( never tried after)
Now I want to apply LTVP for my husband who has been working in SG for almost 3 years (Spass) and we married last 2 years ago.
Is there any chance that he will be guaranteed to get LTVP from your experience?
No kid and I also have permanent job for 7 years now.
I want to apply LTVP for him is because of nowadays hard to get working quota in most companies.
Both of our salary SGD 4K + monthly.
