Insert molding is an injection molding process used to encapsulate a component in a plastic part.
The insert custom plastic injection molding process can be divided into two basic steps. First, the component is loaded into the mold before the molding process. Second, it takes the shape of the part and locks the component into the plastic as molten plastic is injected into the mold.
Features of Insert Mould
Insert molding is the process of inserting a part into a mold prior to the injection molding process. Since the insert injection molding process is the same, different materials are fed into the mould so as to produce different mould products. The main features of using insert mould by GM-TECH, a reliable injection moulding manufacturer, include:
Improved strength
A strong and reliable attachment point for inserts
Cost-effective compared with other inserting processes
No significant mold changes required

How does Insert Mould Work?
Insert molding is a powerful tool used to support the form and function of plastic injection molded parts. Insert molding refers to incorporating other parts, particularly metal parts, directly into the injection-molded product.
For instance, if there are metal inserts that we need to paste it to plastic. We need to place the metal inserts into the insert mold before injecting the plastic. The inserts will be surrounded by the plastic during the injection process, leaving the insert bonded firmly to the material after cooling and curing.

Looking for advice on Renouncing citizenship and NS
Hi all,
So sorry for posting yet another one of these posts here -- this is the best chance I have. I just found out from my parents -- came up in a casual conversation -- that 1- I had Singaporean nationality, and 2- I was in effect defaulting the national service given what I know from Singaporean friends. I then asked my parents for details, who told me about the exact situation I'm in. I've stumbled across the forum and have been scrolling for a while now. There are some similar cases, notably that of envoy91 (). But I still figured to post my situation to seek advice on what I should do because I need to make a decision relatively quickly.
Background:
- Currently 21, going to turn 22 *extremely soon*; according to past posts this means that I'm .....

Re: Any reliable and honest Maid agency

The only 2 maids we’ve had were transfers from Malaysia (and originally from East Java) and both turned out to be good. My wife is from Indonesia and noted that people from East Java tend to be nicer and more genuine, but of course you can’t bank on that… or assume people from other parts are not.
As far as agencies go, agree with the other comments — no agency can be considered good, just expect the worst when you approach any of them.
❱❱
You've been having extreme good luck when it comes with transfer helpers.
Yes I was told by some Indonesian helpers about helpers from east and west java as well..and some areas if they come from to avoid...But their attitude do play a part, I do find those with super long experience > 10 years can turn out to be quite lazy.. of course not all, but most..

Anyone encountered similar experiences on Shopee ? :(
❱❱
On a couple of occasions, I've received notifications stating 'Delivery Attempted, Unable to Contact,' even though no delivery attempt was made.
❱❱
It happens to me too! Especially with Shopee! I've heard of others receiving empty boxes or rubbish in their parcels...

Lazada tends to be a bit better at keeping them out I think.

I'll have to agree with you on this. I feel Lazada platform is more reliable in terms of their merchants profile. Lazada could have stricter verifications for their merchants.
