Hello, for 13 years old EP application no Bond is required. They will give you a permit til he is close to 15 years old. You need to reapply when his first permit expires. This is where the bond might be required depending last departure from Singapore.
But from 16.5 years bond is definitely required if not in Singapore for more than 3 months.

To solve this conflict, I am thinking of creating a new kind of pet experience that allows users to keep their real pets through an app without compromising the pet-keeping experience.
