Usage of Hemorrhoidal Stapler

Instruction for Use
The disposable hemorrhoids stapler is a set of instruments that place a double staggered, circular row of titanium staples. Immediately after the formation of staples, the circular knife blade resects the excess of compressed mucosa or musculomucosa. The disposable circular stapler for hemorrhoids set is commonly used in the procedures for prolapse and hemorrhoids.
Do not use the hemorrhoidal circular stapler where the compressed tissue thickness is less than 1.0mm or greater than 2.5mm or where the rectum will not be able to accommodate the instrument and accessories.
Do not use the stapler for hemorrhoids when anal stenosis exists.
Do not use the disposable hemorrhoids stapler when severe mucosal edema exists.
Do not use the disposable hemorrhoids stapler when severe fibrosis of hemorrhoid tissue exists.
Do not use the piles stapler when tissue has undergone multiple injections of hardening agent at hemorrhoids.
Do not use the stapler for piles on the patients undergoing anticoagulation therapy.

It is good to have something to plan on improving. However, dont be mislead that doing a PhD in a local university will always lead a pr approval. It really depends on the area on which the PhD is done if it aligns with SGs future development requirements. Not all local bachelors/PhDs get approved for pr. Since, your spouse's field of study seems related to life science/ psychology, i am not sure how ICA views doing a PhD in a such related fields. Moreover, PhD is more of a mental battle and can take around 4yrs or more (if full time) and also the cost (if not in scholarship).
My point is that she can do PhD if she is really interested in it and is willing to go through it. If it is .....

If you're looking for reassurance, you probably will not get it here.
If I go one step further, I infer that you're Indian, female, probably single (or married with no kids), about 35-40years old. Of course i could be wrong - but based on the inference, I'd say it's not so likely an ICA officer will look at your application and click approve.
