Arthroscopy is a procedure that aims to examine and treat the condition of the knee. It’s most commonly performed on patients who have suffered an injury to the joint (such as an arthroscopic surgery) or in those who are considered at risk of developing a chronic arthritis in the area (such as people with osteoarthritis).
However, this medical procedure is also sometimes referred to as ankle arthroscopy or knee arthroscopy, depending on where it’s administered. Regardless of its name, an ankle arthroscopy is a common and necessary operation for patients who suffer from osteoarthritis of the knees.
1. The benefits of an ankle arthroscopy include the ability to examine the joint surfaces and replace the worn-out cartilage with new, stronger tissue.
2. The operation is also sometimes referred to as a knee arthroscopy, and the reason behind this is the same as with other knee arthroscopic procedures: to examine the joint and remove any active or nascent cartilage that is present.
3. A typical operation lasts between 2 and 4 hours, and afterwards, patients are required to stay at a rehabilitation facility for 6 to 8 weeks to help them regain full function.

Work remotely for overseas company and taxation

I am a PEP holder looking for a job in Singapore.

Whilst in Singapore, I am working remotely for my overseas employer (who offers flexible remote working arrangements) - they dont know I am looking for a job in Singapore.

Thing is, if I am in Singapore for more than 60 days, I want to pay Singapore tax. How do I declare my overseas income to IRAS as my foreign employer will not file anything with IRAS for me?

Re: 44 yr old guy looking for an expact gf

Why would I ban you? I'm not the one who is butt hurt. I became agnostic in 1960. I studied most, if not all the major religions of the world and a lot of minor ones as well over a 25 year period until 1984 or 85 (after I'd spend three years studying here as well. I found none that were non-aggressive so therefore I couldn't, in my heart accept any. It is funny in a way, as of all the Christian religions I found Catholicism the most irrational but I still ended up marrying one and have been married to one (Singaporean) for over 40 years. I have two children (adults of 35 and 40 now) and 4 grandkids. All were born and baptized Catholics and my wife raised them that way under the proviso that once they reached their teens if they decided to leave the church, she must let them. I also made a promise to her that I would never interfere with or try to convince them to change. Religions, (all of them) are created by man. The writings are all created by man. Therefore none are the "valid" .....

I read that. Its a newsweek article.

I would like to believe that the Gallup poles are more accurate. It states 20% of GenZ, not 40%, are LGBT. Either way, 20 - 40% is alarming.

I think its a social contagion because kids are taught in school that being 'cisgender' is boring and being an 'alphabet' is cool. And it's the LGBTQ teachers and counselors who indoctrinate them in these mandatory "Health" classes. The teachers and counselors are essentially recruiting members into their cult since they are unable to reproduce because most are not heterosexual.
