Small Room / Room sharing (HDB/Condo/Private House)
I'm looking for a Small room/Small common room (Budget $600 inclusive of utility bills-pub,wifi).
About Me :
40yrs old F, Single. Working as Document Controller/QS/Admin in a construction firm (Yishun).
I am mostly out and only stay a full day at home for only Sunday (very rare) or probably halfday during Sunday. Saturday half day as well. Most of the week i'm occupied with working time from 8am-8pm. Easy to get along with.
No AC needed, prefer to prepare food which are mostly soup/salad/toast.
Date move in : 25th June 2022
I'm willing to pay deposit in advance.

There are a good number at Sim Lim Square.

This place really impressed me. I found a shop filled with lots of new retro items, most of which are Japanese. Many products are still sealed, which explains the higher prices. I finally came across a sealed Radiant Silvergun for the Sega Saturn, a rare gem for collectors like me.

Tips for a good medical health checkup result
Any tips to share? For a better reading of the annual medical report...
I am trying to :
Take less salty foods and oily food
Less sugary drinks
No starbucks 2 weeks prior to checkup
Take more walks
Sleep early
Drink only plain water a day prior to checkup
No food after dinner a day prior to checkup (fasting)
Any other tips you can share?

That was the positive side of not banning it that I also mentioned. It does help to clean up the gene pool as the idiots do the stupid challenges and managed to off themselves in the process. Just feel sad for the parents though, having birthed genetic idiots.

I’d be cautious. Experience shows you can’t always be sure your data is securely stored. Your information might even be saved on servers in countries where you wouldn’t trust the government. With rising global tensions, hacker groups are becoming more active, as shown in this recent news - . I checked my email on HIBP and found it was part of a breach involving Deezer, a company I thought was trustworthy. The risks are real, so it’s important to stay vigilant.
