1. Bartender
Basic Salary $1600 - $2200


Responsibilities
- Service-oriented.
- Take beverage orders directly from patrons
when necessary.
- Prepare and serve all drink orders
accurately and promptly according to
company’s beverage standard.
- Ensure work station, equipment, glassware
and utensils are always neat and clean.
- Assist with restocking and replenishment of
bar inventory and supplies.
- Assist Manager with day-to-day operation,
including set up/closing of bar counter.
- Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Candidates possessing at least 2 years’
bartending experience will have an added
advantage.
- Good knowledge of bar operation with
strong technical bartending skills.
- Able to work shifts, on weekends & public
holidays.
- Proficient in spoken & written English.
- Well-groomed.
- Positive, highly motivated with a keen eye
for detail.



2. Servers/Captain
Basic Salary $1500 - $2000


Responsibilities
- Service-oriented.
- Ensure all orders are taken accurately and
respond to patrons’ enquiries on the menu.
- Up-selling products.
- Ensure guests satisfaction by being
proactive in service operations.
- Ensure cleanliness of the outlet, and all
tables/chairs are properly sanitized
before/after each seating.
- Refill condiments, food items & clean
utensils, and replenish necessary items at
service area.
- Handle sales transaction(s) through POS
system and daily cash register
opening/closing.
- Report to the Manager for matters regarding
daily operation.
- Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Must have prior working experience in an
F&B establishment for the position of
Captain.
- Able to work shifts, on weekends & public
holidays.
- Proficient in spoken & written English.
- Well-groomed.
- Positive, highly motivated with a keen eye
for detail.



3. Chef de Partie/Senior Chef de Partie
Basic Salary $1800 - $2200 (CDP)
Basic Salary $2200 - $2800 (Senior CDP)


Responsibilities
- Oversee all issues pertaining to the kitchen
such as quality control, staff management,
inventory, etc.
- Support the outlet with implementing and/or
following of procedures concerning the
recording of stock movements.
- Ensure smooth running of day-to-day
operation, including set up and closing of
the kitchen.
- Enforce and maintain a regular cleaning
and maintenance schedule for all kitchen
areas/equipment.
- Ensure mis-en-place is prepared according
to the kitchen/health code standards.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and
presentation.
- Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned by the
Employer.


Job Requirements
- Prior working experience in the related field.
- Has creativity and ability to collaborate on
menu development is an added advantage.
- Passion for delivering great food and
service.
- Knowledge of best practices for safety and
sanitation.
- An open-minded team player who is
organized and able to multitask.
- Excellent listening and communication
skills.
- Able to work shifts, on weekends & public
holidays.



4. Commis Chef
Basic Salary $1400 - $1700


Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef with day-to-day operation,
including set up and closing of the kitchen.
- Prepare food according to company/health
code standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitization
of the whole kitchen such as food prep and
food storage areas.
- Wash dishes and cooking equipment, clean
floors, sanitize countertops, cutting boards,
etc.
- Assist with restocking and replenishment of
kitchen inventory and supplies.
- Arrange supplies according to expiry date or
FIFO (First-In First-Out).
- Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned.

- Prior working experience in the related field

5. Assistant Manager
Basic Salary $2500 - $3000


Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day outlet operation and
ensure service standard/food quality meet
(or exceed) patrons’ expectation.
- In-charge of service staff’s
training/development.
- Support the Manager(s)/Employer with
implementing and/or following of procedures
concerning the recording of stock
movements.
- Ensure high standard of cleanliness at FOH
& BOH.
- Ensure mis-en-place is prepared according
to the bar/health code standards.
- Have a clear knowledge of all company
policies and operate within them at all times.
- Conduct regular briefings and individual
discussions with each team member.
- Any other ad-hoc duty as assigned by the
Manager/Employer.


Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years F&B experience holding a
supervisory or management role.
- Has experience opening a new outlet an
added advantage.
- Food, wine & bar knowledge.
- Food hygiene certificate.
- Proficient in spoken & written English.
- Able to use Microsoft Office and work in a
fast-paced environment.
