Description of Replica PH 50 Pendant Light
Poul Henningsen designed the PH5 mini Pendant Lamp in 1958, It can use all kinds of light sources, Christmas lights, and 100 W metal filament bulbs. Henningsen wanted to improve the color reproduction characteristics of the light source in the PH 5. Therefore, PH5 Pendant Lamp small red and blue shades were inserted to supplement the color in the parts of the spectrum where the eye is least sensitive – the red and blue areas – thereby subduing the light in the middle yellow-green region where the eye is most sensitive

As mentioned by others, chances of SC for you are fairly low. However, even if you cannot keep extending your REP, you should be able to come back to Singapore as spouse of SC (on LTVP). If your HDB is jointly owned (vs you as an essential occupier) and in the event that your REP is lost (if you need to renew again before you guys intend to return), you need to make sure you can still comply with HDB's ownership rules (I think you should be OK but I don't know logistically what happens if one SPR moves to foreigner status).
❱❱
HDB will 'review' it. When I signed my lease many years ago, they made a point of telling me that if I ever was sole owner or my status changed (I was then PR), I'd have to give up the flat. Since then I've heard mixed stories. Basically, I wouldn't test them on it, because they do have the right to boot you out .....

Hi everybody ,
I am a PR holder. My wife holds a DP.
I recently had a baby boy who was born outside of Singapore. Could anyone advise what are the visa requirements and how to go about it. I was thinking getting a DP for him. Any advise much appreciated.
❱❱
DP does not go with PR so either you are not a PR or your wife holds no DP. LTVP perhaps?
Assuming you are a PR, you can apply for LTVP or PR for him.

You are right ,I believe I was confused. I’m a PR holder and my wife is LTVP under me. Is there any specific documentation or medial certs that are required for infants for LTVP application?

The infant needs a birth cert and a passport. I don’t recall that anything else is needed.

Since my second son is born here, and US citizen by birth we are maintaining his status for now since it is difficult to get US citizenship and let him decide for himself when he is older.
❱❱
He can still keep US passport til 21 then decide:

If this is to avoid NS obligations, I'm sure you know that isn't a good idea, and may affect your own application.
