Re: What should I know before hiring a maid?

There are lots of transfer helpers on facebook groups but they can be kind of shady. You may find better luck at by sorting their Ministry of Manpower - verified employment helpers.

Transfer helpers can save both you and the helper thousands of dollars. We should not expect helpers to get into months of debt simply by taking up employment with us.

Re: exit permit info

Hello, for 13 years old EP application no Bond is required. They will give you a permit til he is close to 15 years old. You need to reapply when his first permit expires. This is where the bond might be required depending last departure from Singapore.
But from 16.5 years bond is definitely required if not in Singapore for more than 3 months.

What if my child really wants a pet?

Hello everybody!

I have heard many stories about children wanting to keep pets despite being allergic to fur or parents being too busy to keep animals at home. To solve this conflict, I am thinking of creating a new kind of pet experience that allows users to keep their real pets through an app without compromising the pet-keeping experience.

I am collecting data to see how parents think about this service. Please if you have 3mins, help me fill this survey. Thank you! https://forms.gle/V4pP9CZYtCWzZH4d7
