I am an investor in a web-based startup operating out of Singapore. The company will be launching a financial media website that is innovative and will provide a product that is not currently available. There is an opportunity for significant value creation. I am looking for a full-time managing director to manage, operate and grow this company.
You will be interest if -
a. You have an entrepreneurial mindset
b. You have experience(>5 years)in the financial and securities industry
c. You also have experience(>5 years) with web-based services and technologies.
d. You are able to build, grow and lead a team of people
e. You are able to execute business development and partnerships with large organizations.
e. You are at the stage of your career where you are not motivated by a monthly pay packet and would like an opportunity to build substantial wealth by running your own company
f. You have the ability to commit at least 2 years to the startup.
FWIW, the cash component of the remuneration package will be modest, though not insignificant. The equity incentive will be substantial.
