Rental of space in house to keep filming equipment: $50/day

Bird Aviary (houses about 10 small sized birds of various species from lovebirds, cockatiels, conure and ringneck)
As this is a HDB flat, there is only 1 unit directly opposite to mine.
About the Owner & Hz :
Husband, Wife (me, Gillian ) and 3 kids aged 10, 11 and 13yrs old.. Together with a bunch of pet birds.
Im a stay home homemaker, who loves cooking and doing the usual day to day routines of a housewife! Haha.. My kids wud be happy to make a cameo appearance in your filming if needed too! Haha..
Well this house has undergone a major renovation 3yrs ago, so it's almost like brand new, cos I love keeping it clean and having an uncluttered space! Less is More policy.. Lol
We are a Christian family, so expect to see a few Crosses here and there.. That's abt it..
If furniture needs to be moved around, please do put it back in the rightful place after filming..

Lalamove isn’t really known for house moving, it’s more for small items (like deliveries for food or packages) to one or two big items.
Most house movers here will ask you how many boxes you intend to move. From there, they will then provide a quote based on the size of the truck they will use on that day.
Some movers give you free cartons that are secondhand but like new along with a few rolls of packing tape.
Other movers give you brand new cartons and you have to pay a deposit, then when you return the cartons, your deposit is refunded.
And some movers do a site visit to your place, estimate how many boxes you need and see how many bulky furniture you intend to move, then provide a quote in what size of lorry they will provide.
I personally used Mover 168 which was recommended by my friend who used the company too. The guy did a site visit and I told him which furniture and stuff I’ll be moving, he estimated I needed X number of boxes and his men sent me boxes a few .....

I read that the SG government cares if you transfer money out of SG. Is that true? As an American, I don't have many investment options other than moving my sg income to a US brokerage to invest.
I dont think so it is real. But they may look at your financial credit rating to make sure no issues?
Alternative you get a dual sim card phone.
You only need to carry 1 phone. less thing to carry
Company pay the mobile plan -- you have some saving
You need to get use the switching SIM 1 <--> SIM 2
family/personal life will be blur out by working life
