Pharmaceutical plastic bottles are generally made of PE, PP, PET and other materials. They are not easy to break, have good sealing performance, moisture-proof, hygienic, and meet the special requirements of pharmaceutical packaging. They can be directly used in pharmaceutical packaging without cleaning and drying.

They are excellent packaging containers for medicines and are widely used in oral solid drugs (such as tablets, glue). The packaging of capsules, granules, etc. and oral liquid drugs (such as syrups, tinctures) has many special features compared with other empty clear plastic bottles.

Plastic bottle are easy to carry, not afraid of falling, acid and alkali resistance, easy to produce, and also conducive to recycling.

Application Industry of Industry of Plastic Bottles
Plastic bottle is mainly used for liquid or solid disposable plastic packaging containers such as beverage, food, pickle, honey, dried fruit, edible oil, agricultural and veterinary medicine.

Medical plastic bottles are blow-molded plastic bottles used to package medicines, liquid medicines, solvents, chemical reagents in plastic containers. The development of the pharmaceutical industry has also led to the innovation of the pharmaceutical packaging industry. Glass bottles have been used for a long time before. With the use of glass bottles, shortcomings such as fragility and unstable drug compatibility will be found. Therefore, the emergence of medical plastic bottles gradually replaced glass bottles. At present, medical plastic bottles are widely used in different pharmaceutical packaging.

FAQ Of SIZEPACKAGE Plastic Bottles
Why Plastic Bottles Can Sometimes Replace Glass Bottles?
Plastic bottle has developed rapidly in the competition with other packaging materials (glass, PP, PE, PVC, etc.) because of its superior performance, low cost and adaptability to environmental protection.

Plastic bottle with proper rigidity, high strength, beautiful appearance, flexible design and good transparency is the most suitable plastic bottle to replace glass bottle. The plastic bottle has many specifications, such as 0.5oz, 1oz, 8oz and more. However, the inherent defects of plastic material make the application of plastic bottle limited and developed. For example, the glass transition temperature of PET is low, and shrinkage and cracking occur during hot filling; The gas resistance to oxygen and carbon dioxide is not good; Polar solvents are easy to be corroded.

How Are Cheap Empty Plastic Bottles Produced?
There are two kinds of production processes commonly used for plastic bottles: the first is extrusion and blowing process, that is, the plastic raw materials are added to the extruder, the molten blank is extruded by heating, melting and plasticizing, and then it is put into the bottle mold for blow molding, after cooling and finalizing, it is taken out of the mold, and the waste edge is removed to get the finished product.

This process is mainly used to produce polyethylene and PVC plastic bottles, such as milk bottles and soy sauce bottles. The second is the injection drawing and blowing process, that is, the plastic raw materials are injected into the injection molding machine to form tubular blanks, and then put into the bottle mold to stretch and blow molding, and then the finished products are obtained after cooling. This process is mainly used to produce PET plastic bottles, such as mineral water bottles.

Plastic bottles are made of less dense materials and are smaller than glass bottles according to the mass of containers of the same volume. Plastics can reduce the cost of raw materials and make it easier, so the total price is relatively cheap. Composite materials, good chemical stability and protective performance, its bottom, lid and body use a reliable sealing structure, therefore, the internal liquid can be reliably protected.

3k is poverty level. Try later again. What is your occupation though?

Not sure if the OP is still in the same industry, but 3k for a fresh grad in architecture industry in pretty the standard and it doesnt increase exponentially over time like other industries. Thanks for pointing out that those from the architecture industry are living in poverty.
❱❱

Is this true? I find it hard to believe that architects don’t enjoy pay raises over time, if this was really the case nobody would want to be an architect.
❱❱

I don’t think architecture is appreciated here like it is in other countries… it can even be seen as a wasteful splurge. Some famous schools here that sprang for a good architect got a lot of flack from the public as being wasteful. While it is economical to just .....

Re: Walk in ICA with no e-appointment

Hi all, has anyone recently managed to walk in to complete formalities for their visa? Especially LTVP! I just got the approval in principal but the next e-appointment available was in MID NOVEMBER, desperately need the pass asap so that I can start working (found a company already). I saw that some managed to walk in and got their pass on the same day but had to wait a long time, I don't mind that at all so any advice or personal stories will be welcomed! Thanks!
❱❱

Yes, possible to walk in but be prepared to wait for a long time as the queue is long! "Long" might not be the correct word, more like ICA's 4th floor lobby is packed to the brim with ppl, idk, i think i saw 40-50 ppl?
I was there last Sat morning with a 9AM appointment to complete LTVP formalities. The moment we took the escalator up and reached the 4th floor landing, the security officer asked us what our purpose of visit were and directed us to the .....

be that as it may, but it is what it is. 3k IS low. I was also earning 3k as a fresh grad and I tried to apply for citizenship. Back then you would apply it in person at ICA and the officer didn't even accept my application as he said my salary was too low.

If you look at the stats, the % citizenships per year given to the age group of 21-30 is only 15% and I suspect part of it has to do with the fact that young workers just haven't proven .....
