Why did you want to exchange your EP for an LoC? Doesn't make any sense unless you are planning on quitting your job or your job was in jeopardy.
❱❱
I'm planning to quit my job once my 2 year contract is up and take a break before getting another job.
Anyway, does anybody know how much time does ICA take to approve LTVP from submission of medical exam on IPA.
"If you submitted a Pre-Marriage Long-Term Visit Pass Application (PMLA) before applying for your LTVP, it may take up to six weeks to process your LTVP application. If you did not submit a PMLA, the LTVP processing time may take up to six month"
Saw the above statement in ICA website, quite concerned if the official approval could take another 6 months upon receipt of IPA. 8-[

PSA that getting vaccinated =/= you won’t get infected. In the event you get infected, the symptoms are reduced or you’re asymptomatic.
90-95% efficacy means you could be in the unlucky 5-10% that might experience moderate to severe symptoms.
❱❱
True, but the risk is reduced by 90-95%, and thats good enough for me.

Hahaha, I live in the Bukit Timah area.

Farrer/Holland area for me... maybe “pooping in pools” is now trending, used to be “peeing in lifts” back in the day!
❱❱
Luckily, we never really had that issue. We did, however, have a few incidents of pets peeing or pooping in the lift, with the pet owners not picking up after their pet. Thankfully it was solved after a few notices were put up.

generally, there r 2 options - Calorie Deficit or Calorie coming from sensible sources. Calorie deficit is unsustainable n unhealthy.
2nd option is to replace Carbs and eat health fats and protein without bothering how much u eat. but, reducing carbs drastically is what most people struggle with.
i used to be 85kg and since i went on Low Carb diet, i am around 71kg since 1.5 years. i rarely eat bread or rice.
medical report is all good. eating fats or proteins is not bad.
lastly, Exercise has many benefits but weight loss is not one of them.
❱❱
This is completely untrue. A caloric deficit is NECESSARY for weight loss, whether it is through burning calories with exercise or minimizing caloric intake by dieting. It is an excessive deficit that is problematic. Most doctors recommend a deficit of 200-300 calories.
