Are you Female & somewhat 'Intellect' who appreciates Cleanliness, Serenity & Honesty?


Hi, i'm loooking for that special female professional or student that is a Clean freak (so long as your cleaner than me;)& appreciates low noise level activity (like not having a wild party or shagging some guy at my place) & have no problems doing your own stuff without needing me for chit chat entertainment all the time. Pretty busy so I wont be distracting you much...


Here comes the details about how livable my place is...


I have 1 common room that is furnished with a Bed(with pillows & blanket), Closet, Study Table(with chair), Air-con, Full Length Mirror & Good Wireless Internet (12,000Kbps). Plus a 29" flat screen TV with a dvd player


You may use the washing machine (with dryer) & for the cooking part, it really depends on your cleanliness.(Moms' Kitchen)


My place is located at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punggol just next to Coral Edge Lrt(10sec walk)which makes transportation easy. It is also beside the Mall Punggol Plaza so all your Food, groceries & anything you need is just 10sec away.


For your Health & wellbeing, My place is 15mins away from the swimming pool & there is a Marina also 15mins away with with water-skiing and wakeboarding facilities. Personally I take a Jog or Ride my stationary Bike. Also I have a Home gym if you need to tone


For taking the MRT Train to your work place which I know is important to you,

From the North East(Coral Edge-PE3) to Central(Dhoby Ghaut-NE6) would take you 35mins from my door.
Or if you need to get to places like Pasir Ris/Tampines, there is a straight bus no. 3 which takes 20mins - 25mins
