Employment records getting jumbled up in SPR online application

Hi folks,

Has anyone encountered this issue during online Singapore Permanent Residence application - once you click on the save button, past employment records get jumbled up and will go out of the chronological order in which I had originally keyed. I noticed the same issue with the Past residential address records section as well, but there they haven't mentioned specifically that it needs to be keyed in chron order.
I tried many things:
1) Easy way: searched online forums for a solution. Couldn't find a similar case (I thought it was odd if it is a systemic issue, hence proceeded to the next step)
2) Checked if the algorithm is sorting the entries based on any particular fields - no such trends were found
3) Changed the order in which I gave the entries - Still it gets mixed up in the same way as before (meaning it was not random mix up - always gets mixed up in the same way; Address 2 in 3rd place, Address 3 in 2nd place for example)
4) Did steps 2 and 3 in different browsers .....

Re: IPA validity period for PR formalities?

FortuanateMe -

Good question. No, what the officer does is take your old IPA letter and with a pen, write down the NEW due date and sign next to it - as confirmation.

I hope this helps.

SGS2020, my mistake, sorry. OP sadly figured out that I may know the ruse they are apparently trying to pull on ICA (which isn't going to work, hence 3 rejections already). If he's applying for himself singly, then with the whole family here it's not likely to fly. If he's applying for the family and hasn't put his son on the application then it's not likely to fly either. If his daughter is on a DP why isn't the son also on a DP? Because they are trying to keep him out of the system so as to avoid NS in all probability? That is why my question in the first place. (I mistook your question as his as it is probably one he may also ask in order to deflect).

As mentioned in earlier texts, we really want my son school complete in Singapore. If we cannot get DP due to any policy or any unexpected issues, we are not sure how he can continue to study here. So we applied Student Pass for him. But we .....

Why is your son studying on a Student's Visa?

Sorry for the late reply.

I was EP holder when I joined first job in SG and my wife and my son were holding DP at that time. When my son in Primary 3, I changed the job and employer applied SP for me. So that we worried if my son cannot get DP anymore and it will make he cannot stay and study in SG. So we applied student pass for him.

My current job applied SP for me and my wife and my daughter got DP and my son still holding student pass. My wife and my daughter are currently in home country and my wife is working at Singapore company.

I will apply SG PR for the whole family. Any chances for us? Thanks in advance.
