Re: Unreasonable Salary

Care to explain what do you mean by unreasonable and unfair? Are you being shortchanged from what you have signed on?

Re: The last Covid19 cluster has closed

It is a very commendable feat and kudos to all who have made this possible but complacency must not set in.

Re: PR Approval Chance? Male Chinese Malaysian

❰❰ Quote:
Okay. Now I'm confused

Your 1st post you stated
"Tax filed: IRAS sent me a notice for a year's tax and I've already paid."

Your topic on Feb 2020
you mention "3. Why did IRAS send me a letter saying that I do not have to file for tax for year 2019? Does that mean my salary is too low for me to file?"

SO.. you paid? No need to File?

Elder sister working in Singapore 10 yrs under WP. This does not have any weight at all.

I know 1 Malaysian Chinese male, work in SIngapore more than 10 yrs.
Apply together with his wife + 2 young childs (1 boy, 1 girl). Rejected.
That was 2-3 yrs back.
HIs sister whole family also in SIngapore and is PR.

So.. work long in Singapore, apply with family, with children, Malaysia Chinese, family member is PR.. does not mean you will get PR.

If you dont mind $100, you can try.
Tax paid, I was confused .....

Re: Experience living on the ground floor in Tiong Bahru?

I used to live there about five years ago. The area has changed completely. There are indeed fewer rats or cockroaches and a lot of cats. I don’t mind living with cats, but still, for me, the ground floor was not the best option.
