Re: Innocent looking chips could raise blood pressure?

I am telling from my own exp. Last year in my medical, my A1C was >10 . Doctor said no matter what I do, I have to take med. Today, it is 5.8 . Altho higher than 5.6, in Singapore <6 is considered normal. Without medicines. Just go to twitter or fb or YouTube, 1000s n 1000s of people have revered A1C to normal.

I agree some damage mite be there but how does taking medicine help. Unless, u change ur diet, it just becomes worse.

Have u heard of Insulin Resistance ? That is the root cause.

If you are a doctor, then study. If you are not a doctor, then study as well.

Don't spew confident bullshit and rob people a chance to fight chronic diseases with diet.

Re: Innocent looking chips could raise blood pressure?

@bbcdoc

diabetes is reversible or atleast put into remission. u can go to normal a1c . there r 1000s of examples. by eating LowCarb High Fat diet.

dont spew nonsense confidently.

even if u have BP or Diebetes, its best to eat sensibly n control to normal than takr meds n keep eating carbohydrates . which only makes things worse

Re: Can you legally exit your citizen country in any circumstances?

Interestingly, Kiwis have no such restrictions.

Australia's stance actually took me quite by surprise and I find it instinctively disagreeable for a 1st world country. I believe Japan had a similar policy until recently. I suppose they both have their reasons.
