Writing a detailed essay is not as easy as ABC. Students have to struggle a lot to raise the academic writing standard. It demands an essay writer to express thoughts, ideas, and emotions significantly.
Every student has a different nature. Some students enjoy themselves while writing any essay whereas others consider it a burdensome job.
Students have to understand that they cannot survive their academic careers without learning writing skills. Therefore, they must take a deep interest in learning essay writing.
A student that lacks the writing skills often thinks how can I write my essay uniquely and handily. Well, such a student has to develop reading and writing habits. He must also try to enhance his vocabulary.
The outline helps a writer to break down the topic into several small parts. Consequently, it becomes easier for a writer to explicate all the components of a subject.
It includes a hook statement, definition, thesis statement, explanation, and conclusion of the topic. However, putting down the counter-argument makes it distinguishable from other essays.

Since both kids will presumably finish high school in SG, they don’t need to stick to the Australian system - is that what you are thinking?
I’m also assuming your company is footing the bill and they allow you to pick any international school you wish; no budget considerations?
Within the international schools here you’ve got varying levels of academic rigor, although they are all comparatively “easy” compared to local schools! I believe UWCSEA is among the strongest academically, and I often hear that OFS is on the other end, being one of the least academically challenging schools.
Generally, international schools here are are academically “above average” compared to schools in their country of origin. This is definitely true at the Singapore American School where my son goes, but it’s not up to the level of UWCSEA (my opinion).
Generally not for profit schools are usually better, but not usually cheaper. For profit schools tend to have higher teacher turnover .....

This: "you have unresolved issues with Mindef" is very weird.
Has he tried to ask Mindef how to solve the issues?
It beaurucratic speak for "We think you're an absconder from NS" but the issues are not resolvable because the fellow has missed his chance to do NS. Classic catch - 22
Yes, but what strikes me is the openness of the statement. Normally in similar cases they seem more into general statements... we regret to inform your application for blebleble was not successful this time. This, specifically, that there seems to be no lex specialis covering such situations, so the legal ground for the decision is likely something like "...decision ...at the discretion of..".

Thanks @singaporeflyer and @sundaymorningstaple for your replies.
The exact title in form 4a is as below:
Membership of professional societies, clubs, associations, religious groups and other organisations.
Just wondering what orgs they mean by that. Any examples would be great.
Having religious groups there is what confuses me. Does it mean professional religious groups. No right?
If it was me, I will focus only on professinal socities that I am member of. Others don't seem to be applicable for me.
But if something more is applicable for you, go ahead and submit. Not sure if it may add value.
