Re: Chances of PR 2020

OP didn't say anything about buying a resale flat, one would then assume that they want to apply for a new flat like most Singaporean do.

I'm curious on the distinction they have made there:
At least 1 Singapore Citizen applicant
At least 1 other Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident

I guess you would fulfill the requirement if it was: married couple (SC + Foreigner) + their SC child?

Hello off topic, we applied pr as family last May, when we checked, our kids application is still pending but with IC already..is it just normal to have IC under their application?

Thanks in advance! Ist timer to apply PR😅

Any updates on this? I am in the same boat - pending with assigned NRIC. Wondering if it means anything.

Re: Cycling - need saddle consultation?

❰❰ Quote:I use Brooks seats on my bikes. They are leather and eventually (1000kms) conform to your butt. Once run in* comfortable enough to wear normal non-padded shorts. One of those seats has seen about 70k kms over 15 years. Looks a bit battered (sun and rain) but it's still comfortable.

Seat height is pretty straight forward. You don't want your leg fully extended in the downward stroke, need a slight bend in the knee. Check the internet, plenty of advice and then it's just what feels comfortable to you.

1000km to break in a saddle?

Can see a world of pain in front of me on that effort....

Thanks for sharing the info, will look into that brand.

Re: Need experts view for my profile

What it means is based on you and your family merits at the time of application you are ineligible for PR. However, you can continue to work on your current visa as long as you can get it renewed. OR you can reapply if you and your family merits increase dramatically. For instance, as PNGMK suggested, try to get upgraded via merit, credentials, education upgrades or massive salary increment to at least EP level and then try again. Trying again with the same data set is going to result in the same outcome.
