Job title: E-Commerce Manager
Role Objectives:
· Assist in the strategic development of digital marketing campaigns & social media content creation
· Grow reach and sales (B2B & B2C) on all e-commerce sites (Lazada, Shopee, etc) and retail store.
· optimize marketing ROI through digital campaigns, social media management and analytics, as well as performance marketing.
· Managing social media & digital marketing budgets and tracking of expenditure & ROIs.
· Planning and executing online and e-commerce marketing plan to web footfall and sales conversion across assign e-commerce market.
· Evaluating e-commerce consumer journey and EDM efficiencies for campaign and seasonal promotion.
· Managing campaign execution across digital and social media, including developing post-campaign evaluation report for management.
Requirement:
· Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently
· Result oriented person, meticulous with an eye for details
· Effective time management & prioritization skills
· Good negotiation skills
