Re: Explicit books in international school libraries
I hadn't heard the term ‘cisgender’ until my argument with SAS about their teachings and my immediate impression was that it had a negative connotation… after looking it up, it is apparently a term invented in 1994 by the trans community to label anyone who is non-trans. The liberals then ate it up and regurgitated it to our kids, along with the pronouns and alphabet soup.
I don’t accept the term cisgender any more than xim and xer. It’s not a real term, it’s just make believe, blue pill.

Re: Tenancy agreements/leases and your rights as a tenant
We don't have any data on that. SCT will look into the TA and if the TA states that clearly, your case is strong if Landlord doesn't repair what should be done.

has any tenant won a case against landlord in similar situations at SCT?

Work remotely for overseas company and taxation
I am a PEP holder looking for a job in Singapore.
Whilst in Singapore, I am working remotely for my overseas employer (who offers flexible remote working arrangements) - they dont know I am looking for a job in Singapore.
Thing is, if I am in Singapore for more than 60 days, I want to pay Singapore tax. How do I declare my overseas income to IRAS as my foreign employer will not file anything with IRAS for me?
