Senior Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a native English speaker with the organizational ability and work ethic to administer educational events for Tech CEOs in Asia’s major cities. Key duties include scheduling as well as supporting presentations at live conferences, coordinating conference logistics with sponsors and venues, and driving overall event registrations through marketing e-mails, and personal outreach. You will be researching and recruiting VIP attendees, speakers, sponsors and drafting communications such as emails and web content.
Other duties include: traveling and supporting the Asian and North American sales and deal teams, speaking at live-events and networking with C-level Tech executives and investors.
You are a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, keen analytical skills and have great attention to detail.
This is a management-level position for those interested in working in the technology and/or finance industries. Candidates should be knowledgeable about the technology industry, with the ability to handle a fast-paced business environment and work independently but collaboratively under tight deadlines, with a range of positions and levels of authority.
Native-English speaker, minimum educational requirement is a Bachelor’s degree in business, preferably marketing, or equivalent experience. The use of Microsoft Dynamics will be frequent so prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.
This is a remote position based in Singapore, supporting the Asian branch of an international firm with presence in the US, Europe, Australia and beyond. We are a smart, flexible team.
