What is also interesting is that I received outcome 3 days after the “uploading button” disappeared, similar to standalone PR application in the past.

So you can expect out come when your uploading document button disappeared.

Teach me Japanese/Chinese/Korean and I'll teach you English/Indonesian/Minangnese

Hi! It's as simple as the title!

I am a native Indonesian/Minangnese speaker who scored 8.0 in IELTS, so I can confidently say that I'm well equipped to teach you about English too!

But I also need somebody to teach me Japanese/Chinese/Korean since I love both languages. Thanks a lot! And nice to meet you!

Re: Application to citizenship

Are you Malaysian? That will probably give you a better chance of being successful in this scenario - I have a Malaysian colleague who did that - he stayed Malaysian... his wife and family applied for and became citizens.

But as SF has pointed out, your chances will surely diminish.

Re: Couldn't locate my FIN

Hi for those of you looking to get a FIN number from ICA and then apply for a COC from SPF, I wanted to share my experience. I was concerned after reading previous posts about how difficult it might be to get the FIN and whether the Singapore COC would be easy to obtain. It turns out, it wasn't as bad as I feared! I actually found my FIN number in an old email from a previous tourist visit to Singapore. To confirm, I also emailed ICA, and they replied within a week with instructions on what documents to submit. After submitting the required documents, I received my FIN number and then applied for my COC from the Singapore SPF. The entire process, from my initial email to ICA to receiving my COC, took about three weeks, even with the Christmas and New Year holidays.
