PRICE LIST( Standard Sized Units)


GENERAL SERVICING (Cleaning of filter,vacuuming of fancoil/drainage pipe,removal dust from cover):-



$15 per unit for 10 units and above (Non HDB)
$18 per unit for 7-9 units (Non HDB)
$20 per unit for 3-6 units (Non HDB)
$18 per unit for 3 units (HDB)
$25 per unit for 2 units (HDB - Non HDB)
$40 for 1 unit only (HDB - Non HDB)


*HIGH PRESSSURE ANTI BACTERIAL STEAM CLEANING GENERAL SERVICING(for deeper cleaning than general service for better performance and getting rid of bad smell due to bacteria and mold):-


$35 per unit for 3 units and above
$40 per unit for 2 units $40 each
$60 per unit for 1 unit
Regular steam cleaning will help to keep your aircon fresh and delay chemical overhaul due to too much mold and dirt accumulated in the aircon.

$30 per unit for 4 units
$33 per unit for 3 units
$40 per unit for 2 units
$60 per unit for 1 unit

*CHEMICAL WASH ANTI BACTERIAL STEAM CLEANING GENERAL SERVICING(Our most popular and highly recommended super cheap service for aircon not cold or less cold helps to refresh and restores cooling due to too much of dirt in the fancoil).

$50 per unit for 3 units
$60 per unit for 2 units
$80 per unit for 1 unit

- First the chemical wash will help to loosen the dirt and the super high pressure steam will break the dirt and pushes the dirt out restoring the airflow . The wind strength will be much improved and cooling will be restored as like new aircon

I'm curious on the distinction they have made there:
At least 1 Singapore Citizen applicant
At least 1 other Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident

I guess you would fulfill the requirement if it was: married couple (SC + Foreigner) + their SC child?

What it means is based on you and your family merits at the time of application you are ineligible for PR. However, you can continue to work on your current visa as long as you can get it renewed. OR you can reapply if you and your family merits increase dramatically. For instance, as PNGMK suggested, try to get upgraded via merit, credentials, education upgrades or massive salary increment to at least EP level and then try again. Trying again with the same data set is going to result in the same outcome.
