Responsibilities and Duties
Coordination between customers and Lyric support team
Understand the client/project requirement thoroughly
Responsible for receiving the order to completion and delivery of the order.
Convince customers
Responsible to document client information
Collect payments on or before the due date from customers
Prepare sales presentations
Key Skills
Customer Relations, Word Processing , Marketing Communication, Sales support, Customer Service, Back office
Required Experience and Qualifications
candidate should have O level /N level qualification with English and Chinese
Should have good communication and coordination skill
