We are a Renown Car Workshop specializing Overhauls, Repairs, Wiring. Restoration & Tunning is seeking business partner with like mind for expansion for all types of cars including Electric cars.


We are looking into expanding into Johor to start a One-Stop with facilities to include a comfortable lounge with Space Capsules lodging,a Kopitam area along with Giant cum prayer rooms and all while their cars are being service/repair/overhaul.


It will be one of it's kind and believe with the current economic graph of Singapore/Malaysia, this will work very well especially when we had already established our presence in Singapore.


On the topic everyone wants to know - ROI - as this is an aggressive project, forecast ROI from 3rd year onwards realistically.
