Executive Assistant / Client Services / Business Development
We are looking for driven, passionate individuals (ideally Australian expats) who are experienced in customer service and want to make a difference in the lives of others. The role is a diversified role within the financial services sector so experience in financial services, conveyancing or other areas of property would be helpful, although not a prerequisite.
The role will be diverse and include the following:
Administration: There will be a PA / EA element to the role including arranging meetings, follow ups and general administration. This will NOT involve any cold-calling.
Event Management: You will be involved in organising marketing and client events.
Loan Processing: You will be involved in assisting with loan processing.
Business Development: You will be responsible for arranging marketing and business development events including arranging meetings following such events.
Client Meetings: You will be required to follow up with new and existing clients to arrange meetings and follow up on required information.
Document Preparation: An element of the role will be preparing client reports and documentation for meetings.
We are looking for people who are driven and want to get involved in the financial services sector. This will be an opportunity for the right candidate to learn a great deal about the industry and grow and expand quickly.
Remuneration
The role will be full time for the right candidate and upon successful application to the role, the candidate will be remunerated in two ways:
Base: The base salary will range from S$1,800 to S$2,500 depending on the candidate
Bonus: As part of the role will be business development and following up new clients, there will be a strong incentive for the right candidate, with a monthly bonus being paid. This will typically range between S$1,500 - S$4,000 per month.
The right candidate will therefore have the capacity to earn S$5,000 per month, and this is uncapped. We are looking for driven, friendly and dedicated people who want to make a difference in the lives of others.
