Telemarketer (Part time/ Temporary)
Location: Raffles Place
Our firm is hiring a Telemarketer to join our outside sales team.
The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day. We’re looking for an upbeat, motivated professional. You will generate a minimum of leads per day and make follow-up calls when appropriate.
Job responsibilities:
Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources e.g. telephone directories, ACRA new registered companies
Contact businesses by telephone to promote services
Explain the services to potential customers
Provide pricing details
Handle customer questions
Obtain customer information including names and addresses
Schedule appointments for sales managers to meet prospective clients
Conduct customer and marketing surveys
Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction
Input order details into the computer system
Record customer details and details of transaction
Notes/ Remarks
2 years’ experience telemarketing a plus
Excellent phone manner and articulation
Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis
