I wonder why ICA does not crack down on these bogus PR agencies.
Its ok to provide form-filling services and advertise that.. but blatantly lying that their cover letters and shit will improve PR chances is surely BS that ICA can call .....
Generally, it is recommended two years between applications. Unless you have a major change (even then I'd recommend a 12 month wait) e.g., massive increase of salary, additional certification/degree/patent position. But, if basically no real change, then in all probability, just like research, .....
