JOB OVERVIEW
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling of Student Care Matters (1 day, every Monday)
Formatting content and uploading materials toe-guru online platform (1 day)
Digitization of Documents (1. 5 days)
Marketing on social media platforms/ Any ad-hoc administrative tasks (0.5 day)
WORKING HOURS
4-day work week
10am – 7pm
Contract till 31 December 2018
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Conversant in Mandarin as there is significant Mandarin-speaking clientele
Able to work both independently and as a team
Immediate availability is an advantage
