• ➡️Responsible for managing the Foundation data and customization of workflows.
• ➡️Responsible for the integration with the application of web services.
• ➡️Create new and modify existing reports and dashboards.
• ➡️Improve overall navigation of the system to launch reports, lists of data and dashboards.
• ➡️ Develop and implement new functionalities which are deemed necessary to support ITIL processes.
• ➡️Enhance functionalities based on Continual Service Improvement requirements.
• ➡️ Facilitate in translating business requirements to technical requirements.



✅ Requirements ✅



• ➡️Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering/Information Systems
• ➡️At least 5 years of systems administration experience with at least 2 years' experience in workflow
customization
• ➡️ITIL Certification is preferred
• ➡️Solid understanding of ITSM processes and integration techniques
• ➡️Preferably with working knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM tool and relational databases
• ➡️Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, AJAX, CSS, XML and Java Script will be a plus
