Re: Thoughts on Ex Singapore citizen applying for Singapore PR?

As this was done by his parents while he was a child, there is always the possibility as an adult but I couldn't make a guess on the probability. The thorn in the rose is the fact that he didn't do NS and NOW as he is too old for NS it appears to the average onlooker that he may have deliberately waited till he was age limited for NS himself. If they look at it that way, all bets are off. Especially considering the son may well have the same thing pulled as the father when the time comes. Good Luck.

Re: PEP holder - Is your employer name visible?

A lot has been changing over recent months/past one year or so with regard to data on government websites due to all the identity thefts and hackers, etc. Used to be one's NRIC had to be on every document etc, now that is being rescinded due to the ease of identity theft to the point of trying to stop it is causing major downtime or aggravation for site users. It is what it is. I reckon it is going to get worse before it gets better. (embedded chips in our foreheads?)

Re: PR pending from 2024?

Hi Fellow Members,

I also applied for PR in September 2024, and the application is still pending.

However, my Employment Pass (EP) was renewed last week. I would like to check if it’s necessary to update ICA about this change. Has anyone here gone through a similar situation?

Regards

Shared experiences are one thing, but obvious red herrings are another.....

Wow, as if I have too much time to "lie" about an experience. What is wrong with people, why would it benefit me to waste some on red herring.

No problems Adios ! Unfriendly dude.

Re: Need suggestion for the best co-living spaces for expats and students.

You can check Casa Mia Coliving, they have good options, I stayed with them multiple times during my visit to Singapore.
