Indoor Sales Consultant
Job Responsibilities
• Provide market intelligence on industry trends.
• Achieve sales targets.
• Solicit and attend to sales enquiries, provide quotations.
• Develop new accounts as well as serving existing accounts.
• Enhance customer rapport by delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables.
• Ensure diligent follow up and close sales with customers.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and department KPIs.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing given tasks.
Requirements
• Need to work well independently and in group, inside and outside of the department.
• Comfortable to work in fast-paces environment.
• Able to work after office hours, weekends and public holidays, if there is event.
• Outgoing personality and capable of developing good rapport with customers.
• High capacity to learn, creative and resourceful.
• A team player with lots of drive and self-motivation.
• With/Without experience. Training will be provided.
