We are looking for lead architect that is creative, open and full of energy to join our team. As an architect of our company, you will be responsible for creating, overseeing, evaluating and editing designs to accommodate to our clientele. • Brainstorm and develop design ideas
• Construct drawing, sketches and 3D to convey ideas
• Liaise with clients through meetings to resolve design issues and updating of project progress.
• Modify and update design based on client's reviews and feedback

• A strong passion for design and architecture
• Proficiency in software such as Adobe photoshop, 3D Max, Sketch-Up, etc
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong visual awareness and keen eye for detail
• Good analytical and creative approach to problem solving

Noisy koel birds disturbing my sleep

My old place has this irritating koel birds making a lot of noise in the wee hours of the morning, in my new place, it's also here...and wakes me in the wee hours again...can't they just rid themselves?? They're such a pest with their irritating noises and they seem not to migrate...

Lose driver's license

Last night, on the way to go home, I lost my wallet, there are identifications cash, and even my driver's license inside. That is a Malaysian license and I am in the process of converting to a Singaporean license. That sucks, what should I do now?

Please give me some piece of advice. Thank you!!

Yes you are right.

Up to 2019, they’ve approved 9 institutes from India. But cut it down to only 2 from 2020.
