My Client love building HR Software. They provide a platform for businesses to alleviate their plan points in day-to-day HR Administrative tasks from attendance tracking, rostering schedules, payroll processing, CPF, IRAS and more.

Responsibilities:
Understand product needs, goals and constraints to make UX recommendations
Conduct research to identify customer pain points and wish list for UX
Collaborate with Dev team to produce innovative solutions to solve UX issues and/or software tools
Familiar with analytical approach to verify results o UX improvements by:
Tracking user behaviour and click-paths to ensure optimum results are achieved
Evaluating web analytics for fallout data and actual site user behavior
Designing and evaluating A/B testing processes and results
Strong believer in user-centric design approach while working collaboratively in brainstorming sessions to design innovative solutions to complex problems
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry's latest trends and technologies
Requirements:
Min. 2 years of UI/UX design experience
Possess strong understanding of Psychology and Human Behaviour for constructing meaningful UX
Any combination of education, experience and training that demonstrates possession of specific job skills required for this position
A portfolio of prior projects that must include samples that demonstrate:
Improvements in UX (i.e. before vs after comparison) preferably supported with accompanying usage statistical data
The full set of work processes executed to achieve the end product
To articulate the tools used for each step of the work processes (i.e. Wireframing, Designing, Mockup preparation, Developer handoff & Web Analytics)
Strong understanding of UI and interaction design principles and architecture with an eye for details and consistency
