Our Client, a Company that develops tailored solutions in web applications to the need of their clients. Their area of expertise lies in Web development, custom tailored systems development and interactive media.
My Client is seeking for an experienced Blockchain developer to join their team and having the opportunity to work directly on the project with an incredible chance to make a difference.
Position Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible to manage all aspects of complex projects from inception to the end of life cycle.
Responsibilities:
• Scope project requirements and prepare resource and budget for the project
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor project progress while reporting project status to superior and management on a regular basis
• Plan resources allocation throughout all company projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and launch digital projects
• Deliver projects on time ensuring high quality standards are met
• Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
• Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
• Form strong relationships with the client and develop communication channels between the relevant parties
• Provide consultation on best practices to clients on all aspects of the project
• Oversee the project’s financial aspects including budget planning, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes
Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Studies and related studies
• Minimum 3 years of technical experience in web/software development industry
• Minimum 2 years proven work experience as a digital project manager
• Strong knowledge of end to end software development lifecycle process
• Solid technical background with ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
• Knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework is a plus
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodology is a plus
• Proven experience in Project Management
• Good time management, ability to handle tight deadlines and perform under pressure
• Strong communication with excellent presentation, report writing and data analysis capabilities
• Ability to think and act strategically and proactively
• Ability to analyse and prioritise multiple tasks on hand
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Other Information:
• Salary will commensurate based on experience and qualification
• Performance Bonus
• Annual Leave – 18 days onwards (Cap at 24 days)
